Nikki Clark Marketing is a sole trader marketing consultancy operated by Nikki Clark, based in Acomb, Hexham, Northumberland.

Client and invoicing data is kept for 7 years to comply with HMRC requirements.
Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google’s standard retention settings (26 months by default).
6. Who we share your data with
I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. I may share data with trusted service providers who help me operate my business:
• Squarespace (website hosting and contact form processing)
• Google (Analytics and Tag Manager – anonymised data only)
• Microsoft (email and document storage via Microsoft 365)
All third-party providers are required to handle data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (‘right to be forgotten’)
