Three ways to work with me

Every business owner has a different appetite for getting involved. Some want everything taken off their plate. Some want to learn to run things themselves. Some want a safety net. So every service I offer comes in three flavours, and we simply pick the one that fits.

1. Done for you

First things first. A straightforward conversation about your business, where you are now and where you want to get to. Just an honest chat to figure out whether we're a good fit.

2. Built, then handed over

Perfect if you want to run things yourself but need them set up properly first. I build your website, your Google presence or your social media plan, then I train you face to face, in your own words, at your pace. You get simple written guides to keep, and light touch support afterwards so you are never stuck. Think of it as being taught to drive in your own car.

3. By your side, month by month

Ongoing support on a simple monthly arrangement. That might be light touch social media that keeps your pages alive, looking after your website and Google presence, or being your on call marketing brain for questions, ideas and the occasional emergency. One agreed monthly amount, no surprise invoices, cancel with a month's notice.

What working together looks like

1. We talk.  A relaxed conversation about your business, where you are and where you would love to be. In person over a coffee if you are local to Hexham, or on the phone if you prefer.

2. I listen and look.  I go away and do my homework: your customers, your competitors, how you currently show up online. You do not need to prepare anything.

3. You get a simple plan.  You get a short, clear proposal in plain English. What I recommend, what it costs, what you can expect.

4. I do the work.  I get stuck in and keep you posted. You always know what is happening and why, without having to chase.

5. You see the results.  A short monthly summary in words you would actually use. What worked, what is next, and the numbers that matter, like how many people found you and how many got in touch.
